This is a photo of a recent retrofit of a 200 Series PCMC Rewinder with Digital Meterwind, Servo Turret, Servo Core Load, Servo Log Strip for the production of hard towel products.

• Upgrade packages for PCMC 150 through 250 Series rewinders capable of providing up to 25 cycles per minute or up to 2500 feet per minute, depending on product configuration.

• Upgrade packages for Perini Rewinders for kitchen towel and bath tissue machines.  Specializing in Robox retrofits and servo upgrade packages for Alfa and Alfetta rewinders.

• Digital metered wind packages that provide consistent roll diameter and excellent quality regardless of production speed. Downstream equipment runs consistently with less jamming as a result of consistent roll diameter.

• Push-button product selection eliminates mechanical gear changes and timing issues allowing rapid product change-over. This feature includes control of the servo turret, core load, roll strip, and glue pot.

• Discrete sheet count control provides for exact sheet counts and provides flexibility in meeting market demands.

• Variable sheet length option can be combined with the discrete sheet count feature to vary the sheet length by as much as -30% to +10% of base perforation length.

• Sectionalized Embosser and Unwind stand controls improve tension regulation consistency and eliminate maintenance-intensive pneumatic drivetrain and speed regulation components.

• Cost-effective standalone unwind drive packages and metered wind drive replacement packages for production lines with tight budgets.
