• Servo Stacker – Our flagship servo linear motor stacker. Available in a thermally-hardened version with water-cooled motors. For Lehrs up to 12 feet wide.
• Duro Stacker – Our second-generation servo linear motor stacker, optimized for cost-effective high-speed Lehr loading. For Lehrs up to 12 feet wide.
• Super Stacker – Our heavy-duty stacker with high-capacity stacker bar for Lehrs up to 20 feet wide.

Stacker Features

• Use of linear servo motor and feedback technology to replace mechanical linkages in side shift and push axes. With no moving drive system parts, there is no wear, no backlash, and no maintenance.
• The Stacker is a bottle-phased device allowing ultimate flexibility in stack widths and bottle - pocket alignment. Profiles for push, side-shift, and lift can each be adjusted independently. The transfer profile is infinitely variable to allow optimized stacking of any ware geometry and pattern, including staggered stack. The Stacker also has a user configurable bottle offset to enable placing a specific section of ware into a specific location in the Lehr for mold-in-row operation.
• Capable of production rates to 25 cycles per minute.
• Job set-up recipe storage and recall simplifies job changes and makes it easy to run multiple products efficiently from the same production line.
• Automated lubrication of linear guides and bearings for trouble-free lubrication and maintenance.
• High-efficiency helical gear drive with lift crank is designed for optimal smoothness and stiffness. Torque and lift performance is geared toward stability and stacker bar is rock solid at all speeds of operation.
• Fully adjustable rugged steel mounting frame accommodates uneven floors and provides a solid foundation for stable motion.
• 380 - 480V 3-phase operation. Fewer switch gear components and broad operating voltage range means higher reliability and far fewer interruptions due to voltage sags.
• Optional Stabilizer Bar available for all units.
